How Long Are Your Programs?

Our Profit With Effective Listening Keynote duration is very flexible to suit your program length, ranging from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

Our workshop version of Profit With Effective Listening can be 90 minutes or 2 hours depending on your program. The 2 hour version includes a hands on experience for the last 30 minutes.

We offer in-house custom Profit With Effective Listening consulting and implementation training/coaching that depends on the size of your organisation.

Do you customize your programs?

Absolutely! In fact we love to customize our presentations to fit your industry, and even make your program group specific. We can use your photos in our multimedia presentations.

Do you guarantee your programs?

Yes! We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our programs. We only ask that we have a good working environment as specified in our service agreement, and a sober group.

How do you handle travel expenses and accommodations?

PTI can make all reservations for you, or your travel agent can make the reservations based on a few of our requirements. We only require coach airfare and non-smoking room. All contracts with PTI include all air and ground transportation, lodging and meals.

Do you offer any added value?

We offer the option of professional videotaping of your program, using our broadcast quality video equipment and professional editing suite. In addition, we can author your program as a fully interactive DVD.

What type of humor do you use?

PTI's philosophy is that we only use clean humor. Scott studied under Whoopie Goldberg’s coach, Greg Dean, at the School of Comedy on Hollywood Boulevard in the USA. Scott doesn’t tell a lot of jokes. Instead, he uses situational comedy, facial expression, and body positioning while telling his stories. So, you are always guaranteed a clean, non-offensive workshop with PTI.

What about the business details?

The first step is to determine your needs, and which program fits those needs. Then the logistics are determined. PTI will send a proposal outlining the details discussed and the appropriate fees. We require a 50% fully refundable deposit.* Finally, an agreement is issued and submitted for approval. It’s that easy.

Are you active in the planning process?

Definitely! Right from the beginning we work with your planners to determine your needs, how many people will be in attendance, the type of handouts required, and all the other requirements that make for a quality program. With PTI involved in the planning process, you can be assured of a quality program every time.

How do I book PTI for our event?

After the proposal defining scope, content and fees is approved in writing, PTI issues an agreement outlining all the parameters of the project. Next, you mail back a copy of the signed agreement with the required deposit. You will receive a written confirmation for your event or project. It’s that easy, and with PTI it’s 100% guaranteed.

* If there is an unforeseen emergency cancellation of your event, as a result of natural disaster, and with a minimum of 12 weeks notice, PTI will refund your 50% Deposit. Because we do much of the preparation work in advance, all other cancellations will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
